The National Secretariat of the Communist Party of India condoles the death of people due to floods in various parts of the country and expresses deep sympathy for all those who are affected due to floods and subsequent natural calamities. It appeals to central government to immediately send adequate help to all the states to give food, relief material and financial help to those affected along with medical help to face subsequent problems of infections and epidemics.

It also appeals to all party units and mass organisations to mobilise financial and material help for flood affected people and co-ordinate with government agencies in helping the affected people.
