The Vice-minister for North America of the People’s Power Ministry for Foreign Relations, Carlos Ron, emphatically rejected the statement made by the Under Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs of the United States, Kimberly Breier, regarding the controversy that arose between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.

The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, blamed the Government of the Republic of Colombia for the “unfortunate” current state of bilateral relations, which worsened on Thursday following the expulsion of a Venezuelan diplomat from the New Granada country triggering a reciprocal response in Caracas.

The Government of the United Mexican States has ratified its position of non-intervention, absolute respect for the sovereignty of States and non-interference of the internal affairs of any country or people of the world, much less of Latin America.

“We reiterate that we are not going to break diplomatic relations with Venezuela”, said the Undersecretary for Latin America of the Government of Mexico, Maximiliano Reyes Zuñiga, during the preparatory meeting of the Lima Group.

On Wednesday, the government of the Russian Federation rejected the interventionist policy of the United States over the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, while highlighting the unequal relations exercised by the North American country against the sovereign Latin American nations, promoted by northern political elites and the large media corporations, said the Russian country through the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, María Zajárova, at a press conference.

In that sense, Zajárova declared that “Venezuela became a target in all senses of the aggression on the part of the United States and in fact, at the time, Russia warned about such practice”.

The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, celebrated the Declaration for the Rights of peasants and other people working in rural areas, approved Monday by the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN).

“Together with the peasant population of the entire world, we celebrate the approval of the Rights of the Peasant in the UN. It constitutes a fundamental instrument in the fight for the right to land, water, seeds and dignity of the peasant”, said the diplomat through his Twitter account @jaarreaza.

This Sunday, the FM of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza, through his Twitter account @jarreaza, issued a strong response to Ernesto Araújo, future foreign minister of Brazil, after Araújo lied expressing that President Nicolás Maduro was not invited to the taking possession act of Jair Bolsonaro to be held on January 1, 2019.

Foreign Minister Arreaza made public two diplomatic notes that the Brazilian authorities sent on November 29 of this year inviting President Maduro to Bolsonaro’s inauguration.

In turn, the Foreign Minister also announced that the People’s Power Ministry for Foreign Relations sent a reply to the Brazilian authorities this December 12, in which he reported that “the Socialist, Revolutionary and Free Government of Venezuela would never attend the inauguration of a president wioh is an expression of intolerance, of fascism and the surrender to interests contrary to the Latin American and Caribbean integration”.

It should be noted that this information is disseminated by FM Arreaza after Ernesto Araújo will use his Twitter account to attack and lie about the Bolivarian Government.
