The presidents of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Republic of Cuba, Evo Morales and Miguel Díaz-Canel, respectively, condemned the coup that was intended to consummate this Tuesday in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Sure that the courageous Bolivarian Revolution at the head of brother Nicolás Maduro will be imposed on this new attack of the empire”, said the Bolivian leader through his Twitter account @evoespueblo.

The coup that was intended to consummate this Tuesday in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is part of a series of unsuccessful strategies of the local opposition to take political power by unconstitutional means, emphasized the People’s Power Minister for Foreign Relations, Jorge Arreaza.

Congress should move to stop it.”

Venezuela must celebrate its departure from the Organization of American States (OAS) as an act of independence and sovereignty, said the ambassador of Venezuela to the United Nations (UN), Samuel Moncada.

In an exclusive interview for the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), the ambassador said that in this way Venezuela responds to the decision taken by 18 member states of the Organization, led by the US government, to turn the international body into an instrument for political, military and economic intervention against Venezuela.

Before the obsessive and failed imperialist strategy led by the Trump administration, on Friday, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, strongly rejected the imposition of unilateral coercive measures against the Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza.
